David Ball, Ph.D., the nation’s leading trial consultant, and author of David Ball on Damages, is nearing completion of a video for lawyers on how to do their own focus groups. The video, called Focus Groups: How to do Your Own Jury Research, will provide trial lawyers with up to date information on how to effectively use focus groups to refine your case and case themes. Trial Guides expects to release the DVD set in October 2008.
He is joined on the video by trial consultants Artemis Malekpour, J.D. and Debra Miller.
The DVD will also contain all recommended forms to do your own focus groups.
