She represents clients in administrative due process hearings under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act as well as in federal district court on judicial review of administrative decisions and original actions under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1974 (Section 504). Nicole has also represented clients on appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, including in a case of first impression holding that Section 504 generally requires that individuals with disabilities be permitted to be accompanied by their service animals, rendering such requested accommodations per se reasonable in the ordinary course.

Nicole is a highly skilled courtroom lawyer with extensive experience trying cases to verdict before judges and juries in federal and state court.
