Biography

Dennis Suplee is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP. Mr. Suplee has handled a wide range of civil cases, including antitrust and RICO cases, commercial disputes, trademark and patent cases, insurance coverage litigation, and product liability claims. Best Lawyers in America named him Philadelphia Lawyer of the Year for intellectual property litigation in 2013 and Philadelphia Lawyer of the Year for bet-the-company litigation in 2009.

Mr. Suplee is a fellow and former president of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and a fellow and former regent of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America for bet-the-company and commercial litigation; Chambers USA for commercial litigation; and the International Who’s Who of Commercial Litigation. Mr. Suplee has served as president of the University of Pennsylvania Law School’s Inn of Court, as a trustee of St. Joseph’s University, as the Schnader firm’s chair for six years, and on the Secretary of Navy’s Advisory Board on Education and Training. Mr. Suplee serves as a mediator in complex commercial cases and has served as an arbitrator in a wide variety of cases.
