Morgan Adams earned his reputation as “The Truck Accident Lawyer” by successfully taking on the nation’s biggest trucking, bus, and insurance companies. The firm’s expertise in truck accident litigation is well known and the firm is frequently hired by other lawyers to maximize results for clients in these tragic cases. In fact, Morgan has worked on cases in 34 states, achieving record results in multiple states and jurisdictions.

Morgan is a past member of the AAJ Board of Governors and current Leader’s Forum member, a Life and a Board of Governors Member of the Tennessee Association for Justice (2002-14), and has chaired the Tennessee Truck Litigation Seminars since 2004. He has repeatedly been selected as a Mid-South Super Lawyer, is a member of the Belli Society, Taos Group, Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, 10/10 by AVVO, is an AAJ Diplomate, and a graduate of the Trial Lawyers College.

Morgan retired from the United States Marine Corps Reserve in 2006 after 22½ years of service. Everything the recruiter promised him came true, but can’t be repeated in polite company. Married with three children, He enjoys coffee, bad puns and the odd act of poetic justice.
