When I bought this book I knew John Morgan was one of, if not the, most successful trial attorneys in Florida. I was skeptical that this book would be helpful, but after reading a teaser I decided that it was worth the risk at this reasonable price. I was blown away with the information in this book. Now, I’m a tech oriented person, so I did find some of the systems etc. to be a bit dated, but the business advice and practice evaluation pointers are priceless. This book isn’t written by Shakespeare, but I found it easy to read. I outlined as I went and have gone back to my notes and highlighting in this book at least a handful of times since finishing it, and I’ve only had it about 45 days. I feel prepared heading into the 2016 year with a clearer focus and with a better view of the playing field that I have in past years. I would highly recommend this book to small firms and solos, especially if you’ve only been in business less than five years, or need a fresh look at your business. Now, I’m going order the next book.
