New David Ball CLE "Welcome to the Revolution"

New David Ball CLE "Welcome to the Revolution"

Trial Guides is proud to announce an upcoming David Ball CLE "Welcome to the Revolution" based on the upcoming book Reptile: Welcome to the Plaintiff's Revolution by Trial Guides' authors Don Keenan and David Ball.

June 12th 9am—5pm (Evening social mixer TBD)
June 13th 9am—noon
Location: Hyatt Regency DFW in Dallas, TX

About the Program

Since mid-2006, North Carolina trial consultant David Ball and three of America’s top trial attorneys—Atlanta’s Don Keenan, Kentucky’s Gary Johnson, and Wyo- ming’s Jim Fitzgerald—have been conducting a unique series of deep-research jury sessions across the country. The results have surpassed the team’s most optimistic hopes, and revolutionized the field’s understanding of juror decision-making. Without throwing out the tried-and-true David Ball on Damages methodology or any of a number of other effective approaches, the new methods transform even the worst of jurors into your allies. The playing field remains as steeply tilted as ever— but now the tilt is in our favor.

If the last David Ball seminar you attended was before February, 2008, you need to attend. Do not go back to trial without knowing the new research.

The results of the 2006–08 research mean that you have a fighting chance against the long courtroom nightmare of “tort reform.”  If you think this is an exaggeration, you have not yet learned the new approach.

This special one and a half day seminar will be held at the easily accessible and well-appointed Hyatt Regency DFW in Dallas, TX. Earn an estimated 10 CLE credits. Space is limited. View seminar refund policy.

Trial Guides is also proud to announce a new series of live webinars with the legal industry's most respected attorneys, consultants and experts. Earn CLE credits while participating in valuable and practical online seminars.
