Paul Loudenslager

Paul Loudenslager is the Senior Lien Attorney at Paramount Settlement Advisors. He works on behalf of plaintiffs and their attorneys in the resolution of health care liens on personal injury claims, including Medicare, Medicare Advantage plans, ERISA plans, Medicaid, and others. He focuses his practice on the negotiation, litigation, and resolution of those claims on behalf of plaintiffs and their attorneys. Mr. Loudenslager is also a Medicare Set-Aside Certified Consultant.
