Biography

Miracle’s practice at the CP Law Group focuses on catastrophic personal injury cases arising from trucking and automobile accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice and premises liability. Her ability to parse through complex medical and legal issues, engage a jury, and build trust in her clients, has resulted in favorable verdicts and multi-million dollar settlements. Miracle’s previous role as a senior litigator for two Fortune 100 insurance companies, provides her with the invaluable knowledge and insider’s view that she gained as defense counsel.

Having once studied theater, Miracle fully embraces the art of litigation. She leverages her charisma, out the box thinking, and use of technology to present compelling cases to juries across the state of Georgia. Miracle tries cases to verdict and she wins. Her ability to prevail, in even the most challenging cases, has been recognized by the Daily Report, where she was one of the youngest trial lawyers named to the 2016 “On the Rise” class. She has also consistently been named a Georgia Super Lawyer, Rising Star from 2019-2021.

Miracle takes time to build relationships and trust that with her clients. She believes that to fully understand and appreciate her clients’ injuries and pain and suffering, it is imperative that they maintain open and honest communication.

When she is not litigating, Miracle enjoys serving the bar and her community. Her board service includes the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation- Leadership Council, the Judicial Council of Georgia- Technology Committee and the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, where she is the President-Elect.

Miracle attended The University of Georgia School of Law and Spelman College, where she received her B.A.
