Lori Pulvermacher

Lori Pulvermacher has spent more than 25 years in management, leadership, and business development, with a dedicated focus on supporting law firms in improving operations, profitability, and workplace culture. She works closely with attorneys and legal teams on staffing, leadership development, communication, accountability, and conflict management strategies that support the firm's long-term success. Lori has been a speaker and trainer for legal organizations and professional groups nationwide. She brings a practical, operational perspective to helping firms build stronger teams and healthier businesses.

Outside of her professional work, Lori is an active volunteer, board member, and youth sports coach. She and her husband live in Wisconsin on their grass-fed beef hobby farm with their two daughters. In her free time, Lori enjoys gardening, playing softball, and boating.
