Dr. Prem Reddy is a California Bar Licensed Attorney and is among the few attorneys with an M.D. In addition, he is also a Fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine. He has training and experience in various Psychiatry and Medical settings, including 15 years of running a Rehab Clinic. His medical training along with having lived in different countries around the world, gives him a unique and distinct broad understanding of the human mind and the various neuro, endocrine and psycho-social factors that affect human behavior.
Not only can he understand issues from the medical clinician’s and the attorney’s perspective, but he can also understand it from the victim/client’s perspective. A severe head-on collision in his hometown tragically took his aunt's life, while his uncle, though surviving the accident, suffered a severe TBI along with severe physical injuries. Consequently, he moved back to his home in Texas to provide round-the-clock care for his uncle for seven years until his passing. This firsthand experience has given him a profound understanding of the toll it takes on caregivers and families.
Dr. Reddy tries TBI cases, and also collaborates with other attorneys in trying TBI cases, helping them comprehend the medical complexities, navigate expert depositions and cross-examinations, and find value in their cases.
