Biography
Diane Wiley is a founding member of NJP Litigation Consulting, formerly National Jury Project, and President of the Midwest Office. She began conducting research into juror attitudes and consulting with attorneys about the trial process in 1973 as a volunteer assisting attorneys on what were known as the Wounded Knee cases. In 1975, she and others founded the National Jury Project, the first established firm of trial consultants in the country.
She has consulted with over a thousand attorneys over the last 52 years on civil, criminal and commercial trials in state and federal jurisdictions across the country.
She prides herself on being able to provide assistance to attorneys in both large and small cases, from designing voir dire questions, Supplemental Juror Questionnaires, conducting mock trial and focus group research, consultation on opening statements, witness preparation and general trial strategy.
