Daniel Kramer is the founder of Kramer Trial Lawyers in Los Angeles. He tries cases throughout California and has secured numerous seven- and eight-figure verdicts on behalf of his clients. In the last four years alone, more than 10 of his verdicts have been recognized among the top verdicts in the state of California.
In addition to his work in the courtroom, Dan has been widely recognized within the trial lawyer community. He has been a multiple-time finalist for CAALA’s Rising Star and Trial Lawyer of the Year awards, as well as CAOC’s Street Fighter of the Year.
Dan’s commitment to the civil justice system extends beyond his own cases. He is a past president of Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charities and the Southwestern Alumni Association, and currently serves on the boards of CAALA and CAOC, as well as the Executive Committee of LA-ABOTA.
He also helped create the ABOTA-LAUSD Mock Trial Program, which introduces inner-city high school students to civil jury trials and the importance of the Seventh Amendment right to trial by jury.
Most recently, Dan co-launched Picking Justice with Harry Plotkin, a nationally recognized legal podcast devoted entirely to jury selection and featuring conversations with many of the top trial lawyers in the country.
