FAQ for Affiliates
Where can I find Trial Guides media assets to use?
Upon being approved for our program you will receive a link to the Trial Guides Affiliate Program Brand Assets dropbox folder. If you cannot find the link please email office@trialguides and we will send you a new link.
Where can I see my affiliate account information?
You can view your affiliate information by logging into your account here: https://www.refersion.com/index.php/affiliate
After someone clicks my affiliate link, how many days do that have to purchase the product?
The person who clicks your affiliate link will have 2 days to make a purchase that will be attributed to your affiliate account.
How will I be paid?
You can choose to be paid via paypal or check. To be paid by check, please reach out to office@trialguides.com. You will be required to submit a W-9.
To be paid via paypal:
- log into your refersion account, https://www.refersion.com/index.php/affiliate
- From the tabs at the top select “settings”
- On the left side menu select “Payment Settings”
- Enter the email associated with your paypal account. If you do not have a paypal account you will be prompted to create one using the email you provide here upon receiving your first payout.
How often will I be paid?
You will receive payment on the 5th of the month for the previous months affiliate commissions. If you do not have more than $250 in affiliate commissions in your account, your balance will be rolled over to the next month and you will not receive a payout. If you are paid by check you will receive your check within 30 days of the 5th of the month.
