  1. This book is a must read for all trial lawyers, who represent people. I consider this book to be the “how to” guide for trial preparation and work. As a very accomplished lawyer, Mr. Gerry Spence has a lot to share and he does in this book. He has taken complicated methods and presented them in a way that is easily understood. His suggestions/recommendations are effective and powerful. Also, this is not a “read once” type of book. You will find yourself coming back, again and again, for his advice and recommendations. I highly recommend this book to trial lawyers. Thank you Mr. Spence and Trial Guides
