Spinal injuries are some of the most common injuries caused by motor vehicle accidents. In this session, Dr. DeShaw provides basic information about the spine so that you can obtain better outcomes when handling spinal injury claims. By better understanding the anatomy, you (and your paralegal staff) will be able to properly identify your client’s injuries and argue their case. The following areas will be addressed:

This presentation sets the stage for the remaining sessions in this series on handling spinal injury claims. This series aims to improve your ability to convey information to a defendant about your clients’ spinal injuries, as well as litigate spinal injury claims.
