When is your shipping deadline for express shipping?
Monday through Friday our express shipping deadline is 1pm Pacific Time.

Can I get express international shipping?
Currently, we do not offer express international shipping. International shipments can take between 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Can I get a discount for buying multiple copies of one book?
You can qualify for a bulk discount if you are purchasing 10 or more copies of one title. Please call or email our sales department with specific inquiries regarding bulk book purchases.

Can I receive a trial copy of a book before deciding to buy?
Unfortunately, with the nature of our products we cannot offer temporary trial usage. If you are uncertain about purchasing a product or have specific questions, please call our knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. They are happy to help inform you so you can make the right decision!

What is a "Coupon Code" and where do I get one?
Once or twice a year we offer a special discount to our customers by way of a coupon code. Customers are notified of the coupon codes by joining our e-Newsletter mailing list. Coupon codes are only available through the e-Newsletter and are only valid for the date specified in the ad. No other coupons are available.

Am I able to track my packages when they ship?
If you choose FedEx shipping during checkout, you will automatically receive an email notification with your FedEx tracking number. If you choose USPS shipping, tracking information will not be provided.

I recieved an email regarding a Digital Download?
For certain products, we provide customers with additional content and information through a digital download. Typically, this is a PDF document with additional information for use with your product. The physical product will still be shipped to you. Click the link provided in the email to begin downloading your additional content.

Where can I view the status of my order?
If you created a Customer Profile during checkout instead of proceeding through the Express Checkout, you can login with your username and password to check the status of your order.

What about CLE credits?
If you are interested in receiving CLE credit, you will need to contact your state bar CLE commission. With the exception of live seminars, we do not handle CLE credits. We are an approved CLE provider in the State of California.
